You can't be a full member unless your 50..

Whoa, hold the bus here. You are a junior member at 40 but hold full privileges of a full member, who must be 50 years, and all must hold a current motorcycle licence except that you are eligible for membership if you are the partner of one of the above and have reached the age of 40. This does not mean you can not be involved in the club if you are under 40, only that you are not eligible for membership.
